Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (returns for damaged items must be requested within 14 days).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@momsprintables.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 17311 Sand Road, Kendall, NY 14476. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception; if your item arrives damaged, defective or with a print error, please contact us at info@momsprintables.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement at no cost to you.

Handmade Items

All sales on original paintings and jewelry are final; if an item is damaged during transit, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.

 

Returns and Exchanges
Because our apparel and stickers are made-to-order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or choosing the wrong size. We encourage you to check our included sizing guides carefully before purchasing! If the size you ordered is drastically different from the measurements described, contact us at info@momsprintables.com to process an exchange. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
